R.P.E. Srl’s internal control system is set out in the so-called “Model 231” (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001), first formalized by resolution of the Board of Directors on 7 July 2023 and periodically updated following corporate and/or regulatory changes.
Model 231 contains the structured and comprehensive set of principles, rules and provisions concerning our Company’s organizational and operational structure, reporting and regulatory management.
Together with the Code of Ethics, Model 231 is a reference tool for managing the control system for sensitive activities, aimed at preventing the risk of offences covered by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 and at excluding the Company from the related administrative liability.
The Code of Ethics sets out the general principles of transparency, fairness and professionalism that guide companies in conducting their business.
The members of the Supervisory Body, which reports to General Management, are Avv. Barbara Anzani and Ing. Michele Ferè.

This management system consists of the organizational structure, processes, resources and documentation required to achieve the excellence objectives set out in the Policy and in the company improvement programs.
