Rpe Worldwide | USA-Canada
Anche quest’anno il reparto commerciale di RPE ha mantenuto i rapporti con i clienti oltreoceano volando in Canada e USA e portando a termine un costruttivo viaggio durato sette giorni dal 16 al 23 giugno 2024.
I clienti visitati sono stati almeno 12, l’accoglienza riservata a RPE sia in America che in Canada è stata positiva.
Diversi sono i progetti attualmente in fase di costruzione o attualmente già operativi.

Esercitazioni antincendio
RPE pone grande enfasi sulla prevenzione e la sicurezza sul lavoro, investendo costantemente nella formazione dei dipendenti per prepararli ad affrontare situazioni di emergenza. A dicembre scorso sono stati organizzati corsi teorici e pratici sulla prevenzione antincendio presso la nuova sede di Mozzate, formando così un team di pronto intervento antincendio.

RPE in America e Canada
Dopo un lungo periodo di pausa causa Covid che aveva visto l’ultimo viaggio oltreoceano nel 2019, RPE è tornata a visitare, lo scorso maggio, Canada e Usa con tappa in Ontario, più precisamente Toronto e Mississuga per poi spostarsi negli USA in Illinois e Wisconsin.Il nostro Ceo Filippo Ravazzani, Fausto Manzoni e Arthur Kennedy del dipartimento commerciale, hanno fatto visita in soli 5 giorni a ben 10 importanti compagnie diverse da cui potrebbe fruttare una potenziale collaborazione futura.Per i nostri clienti, attuali e futuri, è nostro dovere e un grande onore spingerci fino oltreoceano per poterli incontrare di persona e vedere con occhio tutto il potenziale che ci si può offrire a vicenda, La passione per quello che facciamo e l’attenzione verso il nostro cliente sono da sempre la vera forza di RPE, conoscere e incontrare persone, vivere la loro realtà ci permette di customizzare al meglio le loro esigenze.

IDS 2023
RPE Srl ha preso parte a IDS 2023 che si é tenuta a Colonia dal 14 al 18 marzo 2023.Come per ISH a Francoforte anche a Colonia l'affluenza é stata notevole:120 mila visitatori da ben 162 paesi diversi confermando IDS fiera leader mondiale del settore dentale.
ISH 2023
RPE Srl ha fatto parte dei 2.025 espositori provenienti da 54 paesi che han preso parte a ISH 2023, a Francoforte, dal 13 al 17 marzo 2023.Dopo 4 anni di stop a causa della pandemia, la fiera ha avuto un'affluenza consistente: quasi 154 mila visitatori da ben 154 paesi diversi, riconfermando ISH come fiera leader nel settore mondiale del settore sanitario.

1972 - 2022 RPE celebra 50 anni di attività
Quest'anno RPE festeggia 50 anni di attività.50 anni di passione, innovazione e impegno che possono essere storicamente riassunti come segue:📍 Nel 1972 RPE è stata fondata da un'idea dell'attuale Presidente Giuliano Ravazzani ed è nata con la produzione di elettro-serrature e con la riparazione di programmatori per lavatrici.📍 Nel 1975 ha avuto inizio, grazie allo spirito imprenditoriale del Presidente, la produzione di elettrovalvole per elettrodomestici a una via. Nel corso degli anni tutte le fasi del ciclo produttivo sono state implementate e perfezionate.📍 1980 - Alla fine degli anni '70 RPE è dotata di macchine ad iniezione per stampare, di bobinatrici e di transfer di montaggio e di collaudo.📍 1981 – Tra la fine anni ‘70 e inizio anni ‘80 nasce la produzione di elettrovalvole per il settore di irrigazione.📍 1998 – RPE é riconosciuta per la prima volta come azienda certificata ISO 9001. RPE presenta "6ª Serie Connect'eedy" elettrovalvola modulare per l'irrigazione
6ª SERIE CONNECT'EEDYCon entusiasmo vi presentiamo 6ª Serie Connect'eedy, la nuova tipologia di manifold progettata da RPE per offrire velocità di installazione, compattezza, modularità e prestazioni eccellenti. La nuova Serie 6 è un'elettrovalvola a T componibile, dedicata ai pozzetti per l'irrigazione. Il vantaggio di questa nuova tipologia di valvola è la possibilità di assemblare le valvole tra di loro direttamente, senza l'utilizzo del classico collettore; questo meccanismo permette di ridurre notevolmente i tempi di installazione e il materiale necessario. La 6ª Serie è dotata di ghiere già integrate sia sull'ingresso di mandata (1" Femmina) che in uscita (1" Femmina) verso la zona da irrigare; le valvole si collegano tra loro tramite il filetto da 1" Maschio. R 289 - New Product Preview
Siamo entusiasti di presentare la nuova R 289!La valvola 289 della Serie R è una valvola 2/2 a membrana che completa la gamma della serie R Doppia con una configurazione a 90°. In ingresso ha un filetto maschio BSPP da 3/4'' che può essere fornito con filtro o riduttore di pressione (10 lt/min = 2.64 GAL/min). Le due uscite, disposte a 90° rispetto all'ingresso, hanno un attacco rapido da 8 mm dove è possibile installare, su richiesta, un riduttore di portata o una valvola di non ritorno. La valvola ha un diametro interno di 11 mm con portate superiori a 40/45 lt/min.La R 289 offre un'ampia varietà di configurazioni, è infatti possibile scegliere tra differenti tipi di: membrane (NBR, LSR, EPDM), bobine (12V, 240V), connessioni elettriche (faston, cavi unipolari e bipolari), staffe (plastica o ferro).La valvola gode di tutte le certificazioni in vigore per la Serie R: CE, NSF, WRAS, KTW, ENEC e UL su richiesta. New Steam Solenoid valve - V3 PF 6-1/8
The new V3 PF 6 - 1/8 Valve from our Steam Series expands the range of valves with applications with up to 140°C = (284° F) in fluid temperature and pressure up to 15 bar = (217 psi).Designed to be assembled in tandem, it is equipped with a pass-through Inlet and 90° Outlet.The valve is ideal for all those applications where continuous fluid circulation is required (Ex. Led 100 in the fight against legionella
Legionella and other bacteria can be present in water and can be a cause of dangerous diseases.The combination of stagnant water and temperatures than range between 25° and 50° (77° to 122° F) can be a breathing ground for the growth of this bacteria.The risk is more prevalent in unused water lines, such as in holidays homes, rental houses, schools and other commercial buildings during vacation periods. One of the innovations presented by RPE in January 2018 is the 5th Series: a new range of diaphragm valves (EPDM) made of nylon (PA66 30% FV) with a nominal diameter orifice of 17 mm.It is a versatile valve that can be used in many different applications, where bigger flow rates are needed but a compact-size valve is required.
